What happens after you pay

  1. Stripe processes your payment securely. We never see your card details.
  2. You'll receive a confirmation email from Stripe immediately.
  3. Within minutes, a separate email from Survey Validator arrives with your PIN and the link to the application.
  4. Use the PIN to log in. Submit your survey — that's the 1 survey your PIN grants. All re-validation, structural revisions, and wording revisions on that same survey are free. Your PIN is valid for 365 days from purchase. Want to validate another survey? Pay $39.99 again with the same email and your PIN gets another credit.

What counts as "1 survey"?

A "survey" is identified by the content of its question text. When you submit a set of questions for the first time, it counts as your 1 credit. Re-validating that same set after applying AI revisions: free. Running structural revisions on it: free. Tweaking a question and re-validating: still free if the changes are wording-only on the same items. Submitting a fundamentally different set of questions: that's a new survey, deducts 1.

The dedup logic uses a SHA-256 hash of your normalized question text. Question order doesn't matter; trailing whitespace doesn't matter. Adding or removing a question, or substantively rewording any item, creates a different hash.
